The property was amazing! Great location to activities and subway. Great customer service and very nice rooms. The only downside is their heat and AC is on a calendar. So a warm stay like mine the AC wasn't on and the heat was horrible. Nothing could be done. But they accommodated with fans and extra water bottles.

Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one.
Very quite hotel.
Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out.
Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it.
The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake.
We will be back in the future.
Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness.

Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.
