Good Location
The check in process was very smooth, and the property manager communicated well. This cabin was also in a great location in my opinion. The only 2 downsides was that both toilets had waste in them, and the beds/pillows were terribly uncomfortable. For the right price though, I’d stay here again.

Cozy Cabin
Our overall stay was fantastic. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a washer and dryer on site. I have always rented a cabin with that in it but this one didn't. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and kitchen. Other than that, it was good. The windows on the outside need to be cleaned. There were cobwebs all around them. We looked at other cabins in the area and they didn't have them. Having said all of this, we would consider staying at this same cabin again.

Its was ok bed where hard pillows where so flat apme stuff in cabin was not working no toaster . Oven fan didn't work ice marker broken. Just need to have more rime put in to it. All in all ok not great.

Great Place to stay!
The cabin was clean and perfect for our family! Mattresses are cheap so a little uncomfortable but not bad for a few nights. The hotel next to the entrance has a pile of trash laid out that you have to drive past and those hotels don't look that nice but don't let that be a reflection of the cabins up the hill. We enjoyed our stay and will keep it in mind for future trips to Pigeon Forge!

Quaint and Cozy
It was amazing, the cabin was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space and the kids loved it. Great hot tub. No issues at all and located not only in driving but walking as well. Would definitely recommend this place as well as stay there again. Well worth it.

Great place but noisy
As some others posted the furniture is kinda uncomfortable and probably needs to be replaced soon. It was noisy in the area due to people who feel like they have to rev up their engines on the strip and drive like idiots but that is no fault of the property owner. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and we would likely stay again.

We actually left a day earlier than planned. 2 BR, both beds were horrible, we left early because we couldn't sleep on the bed one more night. The living room furniture is so uncomfortable, worn out and stained that we couldn't even watch TV and relax at night. We had to move a rug to the entry of the first floor bedroom because of nails sticking up through the carpet. Hot tub works, but is very dated. Cabin would be nice if they actually updated the furniture. Also we had to replace the battery in the smoke detector because it was chirping the first night we checked in. Cob/spider webs behind the blinds.

Husband needed recliner to sleep in. But this place needs new living room furniture which was old and soiled and new mattress which was like Motel 6. But, very clean, cute, location was super and hot tub was wonderful.

Beds were hard worn out, had to put a blanket on the mattress to try and make it level because it dipped in so bad. living room furniture also worn out no cushion left in them. Arrived back on 2night battery in door key pad dead had to wait on maintenance to fix. Maintenance also had to fix light switch that was shorting out. Ivy Sue did respond right away and maintenance was at the cabin within 30 minutes, he was there about an hour fixing things. Cabin was clean, but furniture that wasn’t wood needs replaced

The cabin wasn't very clean. The pots and pans were very nasty, so we did not cook anything in the kitchen. The sheets had weird hard spots on them, like crusted on stuff. Other than that, it was a very nice trip. Everything else was very clean and nice.

As far as the looks of the cabin’s exterior it looks nice and the decor inside the cabin is cute. However , there were a few issues we had during our stay. The biggest one is the cleanliness, first of all everywhere you looked there were spider webs, in the downstairs bedroom the room smelled like mildew, the carpet was wet due to the hot tub being on the back patio and people walking in and out wet ( would recommend putting hardwood) it also had black stuff on the foot of the sheets. Second the back of the couch was ripped, all of the pillows are stained and it’s so uncomfortable, you can feel the sofa bed through the couch cushions. The fireplace doesn’t work, had issues with the downstairs tv in the living room all week, the kitchen is not fully stocked with supplies ( had to go buy two spatulas and dish rags,) and thank goodness we brought our own cups because there are only two… this place sleeps 6. The lining under the burners in the stove are so disgusting need replaced, both of the lamps upstairs are broke, the one downstairs doesn’t work. The carpet running up the stairs has a build up of dust/ cob webs it looks grey. The owner got back with us quickly the time I reached out to them, they were nice however we won’t be back!

Good stay for a few days
We were pretty excited about the cabin, not really realizing its off a main road and you can hear traffic. However, cabin is a great size, adorably decorated and having kitchen supplies was wonderful! We stayed 6 days and did have to call for more towels. Family of 5, we can only use, dry and reuse towels so many times before they start to smell. So, fresh towels for a extended stay, should just be scheduled... The hot tub also started to smell after a few days, so we did call for more chemicals. But, i think they just empty and refill to be honest. No chlorine/chemicals appeared to be used. Love clean/fresh water after the previous guest, but this just makes it like a sitting bath. (Hence, the smell after a few days) weird! The response from the owner on the 2 issues, were timely. Happy to have fresh towels and revived hot tub ☆ I want to love and give 5 stars on this cabin, so bad, but it does need some TLC and a good cleaning (spiderwebs everywhere inside). We were so bummed about the fireplace not working. Especially as we had a great storm roll through, that left us playing some family games (not infront of a working fireplace) Sometimes with 3 little ones, its the little things. When spending the money, you just want what is advertised. Plain and simple!! Maybe a locking garbage can too, as that raccoon is relentless!! Haha It was our 1st time in Tennessee and we really enjoyed ourselves. A few cabin hiccups and all.

Great little cabin!
We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was located right next to the pool which was perfect for the hot afternoons during our stay. The owners responded promptly to the few questions we had and even were able to have the cabin ready early for us on the day we arrived. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and we loved the decor. Would definitely recommend!

Great location pretty decent cabin, clean for the most part, there was some mold on the ceiling in the living room, and the air conditioner struggled to keep the place cool in the heat of the afternoon, The Biggest set back is not enough towels , they do NOT provide a washer or dryer so the lack of towels is pretty inconvenient, there was 4 adults and 2 kids some taking 2 showers a day with outdoor activities. A daily towel service would be great if they can't provide a washer and dryer , other than towels the location was great it was easy to access everything.

One night on the way to Tybee Island
Looked for a place halfway to our destination and being that we've stayed in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge several times before we thought that'd be perfect. Cabin was as described and pictures are accurate. It's up a hill just off the main road so it can be noisy with traffic but overall all we heard was the loud exhaust vehicles and Harleys. It's in a nice little community of cabins that are similar and we gave some advice on attractions to 2 different cabins next to us as it was their first time to Pigeon Forge.

The property location was AWESOME right across from Hatfield/McCoy theater. This cabin Needs a good cleaning, there was mold on the shower curtain. Complaints about fireplace not working along with the lack of towels and wash cloths and no washer/dryer have Not been addressed. There are several comments/complaints in the book located in the cabin.

I enjoyed my vacation. The location is good. The pool felt good and was clean. The location was close to everything but quiet. We needed more towels and wash clothes. My husband and who is 6 foot said the shower head was a little bit to short for them. I thought the shower could have been little bigger. I rent from you again.

Es un lugar súper cómodo y seguro, tienes todo cerca como supermercado , fastfood restaurante y cosas para actividades está literalmente alfrente del titanic. La cabaña cuenta con enceres para cocinar por si vas por muchos días el jacuzzi está súper chevere . En limpieza le doy un 10/10 todo muy limpio y organizado lo único es que la cama no son nada cómodas son muy duras y ruidosas además que te cobran una tarifa por limpieza tienes que sacar la bolsa de basura a la área de afuera que considero que está demás ya que cobran un fee muy alto por limpieza y no digo dejar todo en desorden pero mínimo que puedan sacar la basura afuera ese es mi pensar . Pero en lo demás estuvo muy bien la persona fue muy servicial y contesta súper rápido y muy amable le doy un 10 al servicio del dueño y el area es muy silenciosa y muy cómoda para un día en familia. Será mi lugar para cuando vuelva a pigeon force
