Great place to stay!
Perfect location. Although you are in town, the setting of these condos gives a feel of being removed from the noise and traffic.

Overall a nice place. Cleanliness could have been better. Toxic smell of cleaning products upon arrival with sticky floors. Like mentioned in previous review the air mattress still has a slow leak.

Great Location!
The condo was in a great location if you want to be right in the middle of all the Pigeon Forge activities, which we did. The pool and hot tub were a great addition which the kids loved! Everything in the condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of the 5 b/c the air mattress would not stay inflated for more than a few minutes. There is no couch, only a love seat, so my 15 year old son had to sleep on several pillows on the floor. Had we known in advance, we would have brought one from home. There were several lights out, and the managers came in and replaced most of those within the same day. The balcony light was out. Not a huge deal, but it was pitch black out there at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Odd smell
There was a very odd smell in the unit. I do not know what it was but it kind of smelled like mildew. The lock is fidgety and difficult to use. The neighborhood was amazing. Easy to access from the main strip. Unfortunately the pool was not usable. It was so heavily chlorinated it was difficult to breathe and the outdoor pool was not open yet. Other than that the units appeared clean. The owners were easy to get up with and the listing is appropriate for the property.

Location was excellent, the condo was very nice. If I had anything to complain it would there were no additional trash bags and a small dish rag but that is just my OCD. Our family loved it, we highly recommend you to book your next trip there and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Get-A-Way
So pleased with our stay! The condo was impeccably clean, and the furnishings were tasteful. It was stocked with thoughtful amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to full-size hair dryer. It’s evident that the host cares about their guests’ comfort. We highly recommend this location and hosts. We will be back!

Incredible experience
We loved staying here while on our trip to visit the national park. The area is incredibly cute and there is so much to do. The hot tub is AMAZING and we were big fans of the king size beds. The water pressure in the second bedroom was a little uncertain at times but it was hardly an inconvenience.

Poor housekeeping
The floors were black if you were bare for just a short time. The air mattress had a pin hole in it so in the middle of the night my daughter in law fell off. You could hear the people up stairs stomping during the night and the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. We loved the location, I feel it is a little out dated. The mop in the closet was so black on the bottom it was useless to mop the floors. The floors were just nasty. I could deal with the rest.

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. I do apologize that you did not fully enjoy your stay. I want to address the floors and hopefully clear your mind. The HOA recently had the blacktop in the parking lot resealed and the company hired to do so did it incorrectly. This now results in the blacktop "bleeding" onto shoes when guests walk on it. When inside our unit this particles then get distributed onto our floors and causes them to have a similar effect on socks, mops, or anything else that is in direct contact with the floor. The HOA is trying to find another company who can correct the issue and I apologize that it negatively impacted your stay.

Over all the stay was great. We had loads of fun and shopping. The only thing is the hair dryer in the master bathroom did not work so we had to take the other dryer to share which was no big deal. The not working hair dryer got really hot to the touch and didn’t blow at all. We left it unplugged. We replaced the light bulb over the dining table which was out. The light in the closet in the master bedroom is out and the interior of the washer needs to be cleaned. It appeared to have some mold on it.

The shower stall appeared to be dirty or old. It needs to have safety hand rails installed for older guests like me and my friends. The rest of the property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The TV reception was not the best but we were not on the property much to worry about this.

exactly as described. Bring your own toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms. the tp lasted us less than a 12 hour stay for 4 people, and only 1 liquid soap, no bars. Other than that, it was perfect.

Easy to get to. The Directions from site were clear. The property grounds were clean and nice. No complications. Only thing is the refrigerator. We found you have to make sure it is closed shut completely or it will not freeze or stay cold enough . Overall it was a good stay.

We came for a baseball tournament at the Ripken complex. The townhome was in a great location, close to the field. We were able to run back to the house during a storm delay! Convenient location for all the things on the main strip. Home was clean and in great condition! Would definitely stay there again! The couple renting the home were extremely quick to answer any questions.

Location is great!! Conveniently located right off of the strip, close to all of the attractions, close to the condos playground and pool. Communication with the owners was quick and straightforward. However, the condo itself could use some repairs and attention. The lock on the door is contrary to say the least. You really have to pay attention and work with it to make sure you have it shut and locked when leaving as it doesn’t latch properly. One of the beds is on some sort of plastic toting instead of a box spring which isn’t the most comfortable. Not to mention it is noisy getting in and out of bed. The place definitely could have been cleaner. We used the staircase once or twice and discovered a lot of dead pests along the way. A family member had one live pest visit her in the shower. Overall, this place wasn’t awful! It just needs some TLC!

When we arrived for our stay, we were surprised to see a goody bag with a “Thank You” card in it. This little gesture was a welcomed surprise for us and very much appreciated. The property was as described and was in an excellent location. In previous trips to Pigeon Forge, we have spent hours waiting in traffic to get to a tourist location. The location of this condo is very close to all of the sought after attractions and significantly reduces wasted time sitting in traffic. I give this property an overall 5-star rating, however, as with everything, nothing is perfect. While this is in no way a complaint, I think I’d be doing the owners (and future guests) a disservice if I did not mention a few things. 1. The air mattress is a nice “bonus bed”, however, it may need to be replaced because it did not stay inflated all night. My kids slept on it and ended up on the floor a few nights. 2. The games, and specifically the puzzles, were missing multiple pieces. This is not the owners fault and is a direct result of previous guests use. 3. Cleanliness. While I never felt like the condo was dirty, I do want to mention a few things. We came across several dishes that were put up as if they were clean but were obviously still dirty. The bathroom in the main bedroom needs some dusting as the pictures in the bathroom were dusty, as was the faux plant on the toilet tank. The shower tiles and framing had what appeared to be some mildew. Overall, great condo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great property
This was a great property and location we enjoyed staying there. We got there late and had a hard time opening the door the lock needs some work we finally got it open but it took about 15 minutes and each time we went out we had a hard time opening the front door. We brought our 80 year old Aunt with us and she had a hard time taking a shower because there was no grab bars in either bathroom. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods to get us started in the morning. But other than that it was clean and we really enjoyed the balcony.

The home isn’t as it was represented. Blinds broke, mattress protectors on bed had nasty stains The pillows were also nasty , they had nasty rings on them. The beds are hard, so not very comfortable at all. Needs some updating Would not recommend this home. It is in a great location

Arrived to a condo that was already occupied. There were belongings of other guests scattered throughout the condo. This is very concerning as we could have taken (never ever would) any of the items we wanted. Fortunately, the owners had another condo available. They did offer a discount for that night due to the error. Very disappointed given we had a car load of items loaded and ready to unpack into the condo. We also had two young boys that were tired from a long day of travel. The owner did what he could to accommodate the situation. Given the numerous wonderful reviews, I think this was a major oversight. I understand that mistakes happen, but super inconvenient for our family to have to move to another condo.

The cleanliness of the condo was excellent...very clean! The location was great as it was close to the "strip" but far enough away as to not to hear all the traffic noise. I had some pros and cons with this property. Pros-fantastic location, was able to check in a little early, big bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, great parking, owners promptly took care of a problem. Cons-towels smelled like cigarettes, mattresses were not the best and the fitted sheets kept coming off, the loveseat in the den sagged when you sat in it, shower curtain was dirty, toilets not the cleanest, debris found under the beds.

We had a one night getaway with my husband’s parents for his dad’s 86th birthday. The condo was perfect for us! The space was great for 2 couples. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is awesome, very convenient to so many things. We would definitely stay here again!

The check-in was easy and there was plenty of parking. This is a convenient location to restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to Country Tonite Theater instead of driving. Having two comfortable king bedrooms with attached bathrooms was great.
