Wonderful first stay! Service was awesome and room cleanliness/upkeep was great. Plenty of things to do with kids, definitely get a room with the kids camp room. All the amenities I expect from a Margaritaville.

We’ve been to this property multiple times always a treat coming here. Located close to everything but not so close your in the middle of it.

Tabitha at the front desk was amazing! She took the time to have a card signed by all the employees for my son’s 9th Birthday and slip it under the door in the room. Talk about going above and beyond!

Great place but need more washer/dryers.
Great hotel except the laundry room isn’t located in the lodge. It’s next to the RV site so those staying in the lodge it’s an inconvenience to walk a quarter mile w laundry baskets in the cold. Why not have a laundry room in the lodge? It would have been a perfect stay if so. there’s only 5 washers which is not enough for the amount of campers & lodge guests. I had to wait every day I did laundry for one to open up. Please add a laundry room in the lodge and we’ll definitely be back! It was our favorite place of all we ever stayed with that exception. The rooms could use a little updating bc the seal under our room door came off and part of the shower door came off but still functional. The water was never hot. It was always warm to cool but never could take a hot shower. The sink was clogged but maintenance fixed it the same night. Have something for trash bc the trash cans are so small! The hotel offers daily activities which our kids loved (4,7,9). The bingo was their favorite. The game room and bowling was fun as well. The food was surprising good we ate there 3 nights out of 5! Best pizza. The waitresses were so pleasant. The breakfast was ok for the price and convenience. If we don’t stay here again we will definitely come back to Fins just to eat. It was extremely loud at night during our stay like 2am. I think parents weren’t controlling their kids screaming & running down the halls. Overall great stay, friendly staff, just please add more washer/dryers.

The overall feel of the place is amazing. The staff are super friendly and considerate. The only issue we had was there were ladybugs in the room. We were on the third floor and they were in the bathroom, on one of the beds and all over the windowsill. Some alive and some dead. Other than that, we loved the property. The beds were a bit too soft for us but that is personal preference.

Very nice “new” property. Stayed there for 3 nights . Quite easy access. Beautiful rooms. Would have given 5 stars but anytime we wanted coffee there was none available. May seem like a small thing but There was no public coffee in the lobby at anytime where most hotels provide this at least in the morning hours. I think they want you to spend in the camp store for specialty coffee but it was closed before posted hours anytime we went there.

The tub was filthy we stayed for 2 days and didn’t shower because there was no way we were using that shower. It was obvious it hadn’t been washed in a long time because the floor was black. The fridge didn’t work well so we had to use the ice bucket to keep our baby’s formula cold. The king size bed was extremely hard, the 2 twin beds were ok. We liked the arcade and the over all atmosphere of the place but the room definitely could’ve been cleaned better. We won’t be staying there again.

Nice but noisy
The hotel is beautiful! The facilities were clean and there were plenty of activities. The only real down fall was that the music in the hallways were so loud you can hear it in the rooms. The room walls must be thin too because you could hear everything. Over all the hotel was nice and I’d definitely stay again but request the top floor away from the elevators.

Halloween Weekend Party!!
We were there Halloween weekend. The staff did an amazing job with planning and executing all of the events. Our grandkids had a blast. We stayed at the lodge this year but may bring our RV for next year. We will definitely be back!! We visit the area several times a year and have stayed at the other Margaritaville properties Along with other brands and it was hands down our favorite location. One suggestion would be if they could turn the music down outside just a tad, particularly in the evenings. Love the music but it was very difficult to have conversations over the music.
