"The lady at the front desk was so welcoming every time we walked by. She made the hotel feel so welcoming! The rooms were very clean and bigger than a usual hotel. Breakfast was as just okay just wish they would switch items up from one to the next . I would recommend this hotel to anyone ."

"I liked: It was in a convenient location in Pigeon Forge. A trolley stop was right in front of the hotel which could take you to the transit station. My room was on the first floor but it wasn’t too noisy. Ice and snack machines were not far away. A big breakfast was served from 6:30 AM until 10 AM each morning with tables to eat it or could be taken back to your room. Not so much: There was a smell in the area where clothes were hung so I told desk clerk who used two types of spray on carpet in that area. Problem handled. The shower curtain was torn a bit but ok. The freezer section of refrigerator was frosted over and one of my ice packs stuck to it, but not a problem. Refrigerator kept my food and insulin nice and cool which was most important to me."

"Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "
