“I really liked this newer property - it is conveniently located at the entrance to The Island on the strip in Pigeon Forge. The property was clean, staff was so nice without exception. The breakfast was good - eggs, a daily rotating selection of meats - bacon, sausage or link sausage, fried potatoes, and french toast sticks along with bananas, muffins, breads to toast and a make-your-own waffle station. The staff attending the breakfast area were wonderful, one lady even made waffles for my 93……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
