“Breakfast was awful and non-consistent. Room was dirty with one of beds having a giant urine stain on the mattress. The whole place is in need of refurbishment. There is no place to sit in the rooms because there is no chairs or desk. There is a dirty balcony with 1 chair out there. There is 1 tiny garbage can in the room. Rooms are not serviced while you stay. The only nice thing about the place is the pool is open until 1am. However they ran out of pool towels.”

“This is our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. We always love the king room, soaker tub, balcony over the river. Our only complaint this stay and why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the AC unit was horrible. We wanted to switch rooms, but with just a 2 night stay didn’t want to move all of our stuff. It was cool enough, but everytime it cycled on/off it made a loud clunk that scared you and you could never get to sleep or it would just wake you up constantly. But other than that it’s the best!……

“Host has placed portable AC units on upper floors to be sure temperature is maintained during hot weather. This is very considerate, but exhausts are routed to open windows and taped there. The exhaust on the third fooor fell out of the window into the tub during our night there and needs to be more securely attached. ”

“This was the perfect space for our trip. It actually turned out to be bigger and more beautiful than expected. ”

“Very crowded area, hotel room in was clean and very nice, but the rest of the facility like the pool area had plates that were uncleared, a bar area that didn’t feel particularly well kept. And it was loud, drunk people in the hallways late at night. Self parking is quite far from rooms. We ended up switching hotels.”
