“The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. We swam in the indoor pool and sat in the jacuzzi which were both very clean as was the restroom there. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The only issue we had was the receptionist was very slow checking us in even scrolling through her phone while I waited to scan my credit card. Several, including myself, waited an unexpectedly long time checking in. This was annoying, disrespectful, and my only complaint.”

“Loved everything about this place. Breakfast was wonderful. Planning to return next year. The pool area is a great addition. Staff was friendly and attentive. I could go on and on !”

“The ombiunce of the riverfront was so relaxing. You could sit outside and enjoy the view or sit in a partially enclosed area to enjoy the view. You can walk to places instead of driving in the crazy traffic. Or take the trolley located just outside the hotel.”

“The property looked nice. Hallways were extremely warm. Room temperature was cooler so overall the room was nice. The issue was that the shower water was so cold you couldn't even take a shower. This is unacceptable. We mentioned it when we checked out and the employee at the desk told us he would let someone know about it. Didn't seem to care that we couldn't take a shower.”

“A nice quite hotel that was within 4 mins of the major activities and restaurants. They provided breakfast and a kick back meal in the late afternoon! I wish the pool was a little bigger but there were only a handful of people in it so it wasn't crowded at all! We had no problem parking and overall it was a great stay and a nice room!”
