Staff were friendly and the room was great. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding - probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - easy to commute between locations if you wanted to do both.

The Pros- The location was AMAZING! Close to the Parkway and attractions, but also away from the crowds. The condo was spacious and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bonus- We had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. I was given a number for security at check in. I was traveling alone with my 2 teen daughters , and I always felt safe. The cons- super thin walls! We heard kids running and screaming above us THE ENTIRE TRIP! The pool was right outside our room, and same thing- kids SCREAMING anytime we were in the room. I once had small kids too, so I understand. But if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, this might not be the place for you.
