"The hotel smelled terrible, there was a fire that closed some amenities that we were aware of before checking in. Our room was dirty and had several bugs in it. Our door didn’t close completely allowing sun light and smoke to fill our room. And the staff in the office were very rude and made it seem like everything was our fault when we tried to talk to them about our concerns."
