“Our stay was terrific. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the evening gatherings. The food was hot and tasted great. The hostess was quite helpful and charming. We appreciated the parking garage right next door. The activities within were great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, and all the amenities were available. We had a little trouble with the TV, but the nice man was able to fix the problem right away. It was so nice to have the walking path that led to the……

“We had a beautiful room. Very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Our view from the balcony was the island at pigeon Forge. Great view of the city. Breakfast was good. Many options. Minutes from so many things to do and so many places to eat. Great stay! ”

“The check in folks were very kind and easy to talk to. The bar and gym are very nice and the pool is okay. The TV in our room cut out multiple times and lost internet entirely. The room was comfortable but overall this hotel lacks some of the amenities most others have on this strip in pigeon forge. Good stay for a night or two. If you have children I’d go to a different place”

“It was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly. I liked the location. Near everything but the view wasn’t junky like the last hotel we stayed in. Breakfast was decent. ”

“I haven't heard anything about another toilet paper shortage? We got 1.5 rolls for a week stay. We weren't impressed with this hotel, they never made the bed one time. They did empty the trash once, and replaced the towels once. I won't make the mistake of staying at a Marriott hotel ever again.”

“Nice location and it helped as my husband was very sick while we were there. I had to drive and the Teaster Back road helped me out with the traffic. The room was very clean, the view of the river nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, I never like the pillows and bring my own pillows from home. When we arrived no one was at the check in counter. We had to knock on the office door to get help. No smiles they acted like we had inconvenienced them to request help. We had a 4 pm check in time……
