Good to share resources and restaurant options with sister hotels on the resort. However the good security systems made it difficult to get to them. Staff were friendly and helpful. The way that food allergies were managed were a little less than perfect although some staff seemed to understand the basics… we had a good break there.

The stay was amazing! Joana at the front desk was super helpful. Ana at the spa gave an amazing massage. The property is beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious and was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at Mercedes Country House! The staff is all so friendly, everything was very clean, the restaurant was amazing - we chose to eat there everyday, and the entire property is beautiful!
