"It was an amazing place to stay! When we arrived there were snacks and drinks sitting out to greet us. It was very nice and clean and plenty of space to move around. The back patio and scenery were the biggest highlight! Being right on the lake, it never got loud, police monitor constantly. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Theresa and Steve were amazing host and we enjoyed great conversation with them both."

"We stayed for two nights. Everything was labeled which was helpful. Clear checkout instructions. Bed was comfy. Only minor thing was the bed was a little noisy when turning during the night. Would recommend staying here."

"This place was perfect! It was just me who stayed the night, but in the evening, we had a fun outdoor dinner party for my birthday! Amanda was so nice and accommodating. She was so helpful along the way. Beautiful property and area of town. You can tell she works hard to make it perfect. Check out that clawgoot tub! And the beds were so comfy. And all of the trinkets are so cute and perfect for space! Perfect if you like cute spaces and plants. And chickens! Loved being near the chickens. Overall, great birthday weekend and getaway! Cant wait to stay here again!"

"12 of us meet up for a little friend reunion. We loved the house, great layout for gatherings. Kitchen was so stocked with everything from serving bowls & a blender to 16 sets of plates & etc. We enjoyed the deck a lot and everyone slept well. We were walking distance to the lake & trails. We will be back. The only upgrade missing as AC. That was the only limitation, but the owner has lil chillers on both floors and fans. "

So many little details like heated floors and a fully equipped kitchen make this spot feel like home. It was beautifully decorated and the view from the deck was beautiful. "Beautiful home literally secluded by pine trees yet 5 minutes to anything that you need. My wife and I went to a show in Colorado Springs and were back in 15 minutes. It was nice, clean and peaceful, private and perfect for our visit. Thanks!"

"We originally booked for a ladies retreat but it fell through. So I invited a few couples (with their kids ages 10- 21). We all enjoyed our time here! Everyone found something to stay entertained with (games, hot tub, ping pong, movies). We all had a blast! We did a short hike near the area and fished in the local Palmer Lake pond, then had ice cream! We highly recommend this home for your stay, it was so comfortable for 3 separate (but close friends). The downstairs is like an apartment in itself. "
