The space
Our place offer 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, flat screen TV and DVD player in each and one bedroom with 4 twins, bunk beds. You enter on 3rd level where there is a cozy living room with fireplace and dining table with lovely views through the forest trees, we do not provide firewood, there is a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and deck on this level, downstairs you will find master bedroom with private deck, second bathroom laundry and bunk bed room. 3rd bedroom is a open loft room above living room. Our place is ideal location for snow play and skiing in the winter or come in summer to enjoy our private lake with use of paddle boards and boats, cabanas on sandy beach fishing (no license required) and club house game room with ping pong, pool table and more. There are tennis, pickle ball courts and basketball courts as well all for your enjoyment

Parking is on shoulder directly in front of property there is room for multiple vehicles it is first come first serve as there are 4 units to this property we request only 2 vehicles per unit so there is room for everyone
Other things to note
Please read all information and we advise screen shoting as once in mountains cell coverage can be very patchy we do offer Wi-Fi at our property! In winter wood stove fire place is best heat in upper level so we advise bringing duraflame logs or firewood. There are 3 space heaters available at property as well if you prefer to not use fireplace.
