The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

We stay at this Resort with the ocean view, it was amazing. The stuff the hotel the restaurant everyone and everything was great . I spent sometime talking to the owner Giuseppe e Alessandro and their mom & Dad , lovely and friendly people. We will go back ❤️. Grazie di tutto , Maria & Family from New Jersey 💝 .

Amazing stay. The front desk went out of their way one evening when we needed Advil and personally walked me to a medic. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. I felt welcomed, at home, and every single person went over and above. Perfect spot for a week on the coast. Maiori is simply quaint and exactly what you would want for a week on the Amalfi coast. Breakfast daily was perfect. The bartender was great. The wait staff was spectacular. There is nothing to change about this absolutely perfect hotel. Thank you for making my birthday trip memorable and lovely.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!
