Villa with stunning sea-view from cliff-top position in Pissouri with large pool

Trahonas Villa is situated in a peaceful location at the top of Pissouri village and is very private. There are stunning unobstructed sea-views from the large patio area surrounding the 10 x 5 meter pool.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open space kitchen/diner/lounge. Outside, there is a shaded area by the barbeque. Garden furniture provides dining space for all guests and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Trahonas sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub with shower over it. The second Bedroom also has a double bed. The third Bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps and air-conditioning. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking requirements with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All windows and the patio doors have insect screens. Full central heating is installed and makes the villa cosy for winter rentals.

Wi-fi is included in the rental and most UK freeview channels and International news channels are available on the Internet TV.

Trahonas is located a 15 minute stroll from the central Village Square of Pissouri with its buzzing activity. There are lots of bars and resturants as well as the Amphitheatre where all types of entertainment is provided, local and international.

Lovely Villa but outside area needs attention
Communication with owner excellent. Villa clean inside and in excellent location with fantastic views, close to local amenities. Nice traditional village with good restaurants. Outside area needs attention - sweeping and weeding. Pool developed green algae in the second week of our stay and was not cleaned sufficiently. Pool has an old feel and some of the surrounds are beginning to break up. It would have been been nice to have had a change of sheets for our second week. Also, a file in the property with information about the property and surrounding area would have been helpful.

Very enjoyable stay
Had a really great time staying at the villa. It is spacious and suitable for those who want a quiet holiday. I would generally recommend a hire car, although you can walk into the village. Everything worked as it should have. Great comms with the owner who was very helpful.

A family place with outstanding view
A very cosy and well equipped house , with an extra big pool and an outstanding view. We enjoy our stay a lot, having good and relaxing time by the big swimming pool (which was cleaned regularly) , having cold cocktails, beers and cooking over the Barbeque. We had some time. Many thanks to Brian .

Trahonas villa ideal for guests with limited mobility
Myself and my parents have stayed in Pissouri on many occasions over the last 15 years. My mother has limited mobility and Trahonas is all on one level with just stairs down to the pool area. We enjoyed our stay and feel the property is very clean and adequate but would benefit from further investment in future.

A beautiful and traditional family home, with a gorgeous outdoor living space.
The villa is a lovely size for our family of 6, spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge was bright and airy, and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us and all with air con. However it was the outdoor space that impressed us the most. It had a great big pool which wasn't overlooked and the kids had a ball for the whole holiday. The mountain breeze certainly helped on those really warm days too which was perfect! We mostly ate outside at the dining area which was lovely and the gas BBQ was a bonus as you don't need to wait to cook the food! All in all I would highly recommend Trahonas for a fantastic family holiday!

Fabulous!
We have just returned from an amazing holiday! The villa was lovely with everything we needed, it was clean and well maintained and the views were absolutely fabulous! The pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers and seating outside and inside! Pissouri village is about a 20 minute walk with some lovely restaurants including Michaels Steakhouse which served the best steak any of us have ever eaten!! All in all a fabulous holiday, Michaela is a fantastic host and Paul the villa manager could not do enough to help us. Many thanks for everything!

Well located in the village of Pissouri, but a car is essential for shopping etc and visiting the area. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Just a perfect peaceful holiday
Lovely villa, plenty of room, good aircon in bedrooms . beautiful views. Excellent pool, good size, outside terrace cooled by coastal breeze made it just right for us. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, helped arrange good value airport transfers and car hire. David and Jan who manage the property provide great support. I would recommend a car is needed to get day to day provisions and visit Cyprus landmarks .

Terrific Trahonas!
A lovely villa with a view to die for. Trahonas is in an ideal position on the west-facing side of the headland which means that we experienced wonderful sunsets every evening. The villa was very clean, well presented and very well equipped. The pool was great (if a little chilly for the less hardy amongst us!) and the outside space is plentiful and completely private. Trahonas is most certainly on our list of villas worth re-visiting. Jan and Dave looked after us very well. Jim, Nicki,Steph & Seb.
