Loved Pistoia, the area of the apartment was fantastic, clean with all necessary equipment to cook if you choose. At the front desk we received so much help from Brigilda. She was fantastic. Nicola was very accommodating and drove with us to find the parking garage. Best breakfast ever. A wonderful place to stay while visiting Pistoia! Perfect location, adorable and friendly hotel.

Beautiful location. However if you do not have a car it is hard to travel to other locations. Breakfast you have to plan ahead and reserve if you want to eat at the hotel.

Welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable room, though noisy with 5am street sweepers! The bathroom and toilet in one a bit awkward when rooms are sharing the facilities.
