The staff was pleasant. The rooms were wonderful. The only down fall was the reasurant. We paid $68.00 for 2 buffets. No waiters very little food.

The location for the property was fine. However, checking in and checking out was a huge Inconvenience. They digital check-in did not work and the hotel was very backed up which made us have to wait two hours later than the check-in time to actually get into our room. Check out wasn’t working and that caused some confusion. All in all, not a great experience.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The downtown area shuts down on the weekends, so dining and shopping options are limited.

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was a typical boutique hotel style and fairly spacious for a downtown hotel. We received conflicting advance about parking and charging our EV. It ended up costing us more just to park in the garage with no charging then valet parking with a destination charge. The restaurant was grossly understaffed. The appetizers were good but the flank steak was almost inedible. If you stay, get all the information about parking beforehand and check out the restaurant reviews. The bartender/server, David, was the bright spot of the staff.

Weekend getaway for a Pirates game. Excellent location - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. If you can’t choose from the many dining options I’d definitely recommend the Christian James restaurant at the hotel. Absolutely amazing dinner & the owner was so kind.

Room is a bit smaller than expected. Staff was courteous. Paid parking next door ($29 for 24 hours) or valet available. Bed is comfortable.

Super cool vibe in the decor in the lobby, and the rooftop deck was nifty. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and coffee and stuff. Front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant in the hotel had good food, if pricey, with great waitstaff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Joinery. The valet service was excellent, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and two bars were fun! The room was small but well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the lobby and the open library area. I'd definitely stay here again!

The combined valet fee plus incidentals fee is quite steep, but the surface cost of the room was great. The room was cozy, clean, stocked with all a business traveller would need, and updated in style.

The location is fine. It's not the most convenient but it's not the worst. The staff and service is pretty bad though, especially considering it's tied to the Hilton name. They argued with my father over water bottles. At one point the elevator broke and we couldn't get to the gym. They also missed cleaning the room several times

I love the lobby set up! It was so fun and chic. I wish I could have just stayed in the library in the lobby with some music forever! The room (single queen) was a bit small but good for our one night stay. It was clean and everything was in good condition. Would definitely stay again. Didn't get to try the restaurant unfortunately but would love to next time!

It was a very nice hotel. We drove over from Ohio to see a concert. I wished I would have had time to go to the terrace. I love Pittsburgh for the city and the football team. Go Steelers!!!!!

The staff were all very friendly and approachable, the property itself is very elegant and clean. The room I paid for was cozy, quiet, and spacious. The valet and hotel personnel were very accommodating - especially the front desk staff!

Love the view customer service was amazing Paris and Bonnie thank you ,room was so nice and it was quiet ,clean and just what we needed ,Bed was comfortable,Food was amazing A mist parking you have choices will recommend Valet parking if you do self parking you get charge all more the roof top was so beautiful you could see downtown I will go back next time we in Pittsburgh thank you

I loved this property. There were two things I didn't like 1. the pressure in the shower was very low 2. I was charged twice for a room service order on the same day and same price without refund. Otherwise everything else was great, especially the bartenders.

Enjoyed our stay. Can walk to a lot of areas nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was subpar and extremely slow. Would not recommend. It is a separate business and not part of the hotel.

Room was not very clean, I was missing items from my delivery from the restaurant attached and was met with an attitude by the manager, there were random floor lamps placed in the room that were unplugged and took up space.

The hot water was terrible, shower water was luke warm at best. Outlets in room had no covers and were barely there. How can you have a desk with no power outlet available? The room was too small, no where to put clothes etc. Will not be visiting the property again. In addition $41 for valet is way out of price range, even for pittsburgh.

Clean & comfortable stay. Ideal location. My only issue is the listing should have been more explicit about having paid parking. The garage prices were exorbitant and there were no in/out privileges.
