"After a long journey starting at 6am, 4 hour drive to ferry port 5 hour crossing, the ibis budget was a 30 minute drive away! The staff were very friendly and the beds were so comfortable after a long exhausting day of travelling. The rooms were very clean and welcoming 😊 "

"We stayed at villa Ty Billou, in September 2025, which was a very palatial & a comfortable villa, which can accommodate up to 12 people.The swimming pool was a real bonus, also the spa jacuzzi on the decking was great. The kitchen has all the equipment, that you could ever want or need.The area is very interesting steeped in history, with every town & village having a beautiful church, if that's what interests you, we did visit a couple of Chateau's too. The beaches are everywhere, in fact there is Billou beach within easy walking distance... Beaches are every where, with some with long stretches of golden sand. As we stayed for 2 weeks, our hosts changed our bedding, mid way through our stay... which was of good quality 100% white cotton. Also the towels were white fluffy & plentiful.Arnaud was very responsive and helpful answering all our questions.The hosts Marie & Arnaud are a charming couple & nothing was too much trouble. If you are concerned about language problems, there was no issue, as Marie & Arnaud speak, obviously French, English & Spanish.So we both would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here. In fact we have already passed the details on to a couple, who live in our village.Chris & Terri, Devon."

Elle dispose de tout le confort dont on a besoin et même beaucoup plus!Le sauna, jacuzzi et billard sont un gros plus, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.La plage et l’océan sont à deux minutes à pieds et offre de grandes étendues de sable fin et d’eau turquoise.Merci à Corinne et Arnaud pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité qui ont rendu notre séjour encore agréable. "Lovely cottage in a wonderful location . The excellent beach is a few yards away and the tides around the island are fascinating to watch. In the cottage the living room and kitchen are well appointed but the bathroom is somewhat small and the shower cubicle is tiny but adequate unless you tall or of large build. The garden is pretty and totally enclosed for dogs. Parking is satisfactory. We enjoyed the house and surrounding area and had a lovely time."
