The only thing I think was missing in the room was a place to charge devices!

Very clean and smelled nice

To pay 475$ for 2 nights. I expected a lot nicer room and the pool on the roof was the main reason I wanted to stay. The pool was filthy. Bugs and trash floating in the water. Elevator lights not even working.

Quite country atmosphere, Antique charm. We were there during a seasonal rain event. It was sleep in weather. We woke up to fresh coffee and sat on the front porch admiring the wild life. We saw Redheaded woodpecker, cardinals and squirrels playing in the morning rain. It was so serene.We then enjoyed mimosa's and a tasty hot pancake and sausage breakfast. We will definitely return for our first anniversary. Thank you Kelly for the smiles and lite conversations. Your place is definitely on the top of the list for R&R from the hustle of life.

We stayed here while visiting family in Shreveport. Was somewhat disappointed. The hotel is old and needs lots of updates. Carpet was old, broken places in walls, breakfast chairs are dirty and stained, etc. But, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would recommend staying down toward the boardwalk more as the area was also somewhat sketchy.
