From before check-in to after check-out this is an elegant, sophisticated, exceeds expectation for attitude + food quality, so many small touches done well: soft backlight behind the toilet to see at night, electric candles in fireplace to turn on/off by switch, etc Comfortable, peaceful sleep. The room was huge, clean and gorgeous. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful, including helping us navigate the sights, finding the best sauerkraut and delivering chocolates with musical instrument shapes in celebration of the opera! The breakfasts were sublime with bottomless cappuccinos.
