“Very quirky old farmstead plenty of antiquities from another era on display .Cheerful chat and greeting from our young hostess .Special treat to enjoy the beautiful fresh water of the swimming pool .First morning had an interedting breakfast chat with an elderly gentleman .There were never any of the stated viennoisery items available .I have dietary problems and it was obvious from breakfast on day 1 this made a problem for them .By day 2 we saw no one at breakfast on day 3 the orange juice……

“Our stay at la Porte rouge was a dream. We got to stay in a room with garden view that was super quiet and night. The bath seemed freshly renovated and had everything one could wish for. Our hosts made us fantastic breakfast, and were always up for a talk and recommendations. The flair of the house is unbeatable. With the small garden and the old wooden floors it really feels like you are in a cozy home, the decor just rounds it perfectly. We would definitely recommend staying with them again,……

“Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach kurzem Fußweg erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad waren groß. Die Zimmer wirkten ein bisschen lieblos eingerichtet, aber alles was man brauchte war vorhanden und in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleine Balkon was sehr nett war. Das Personal war ok.”
