This review will be short and simple. I booked a 3 night stay and after the first night and when I woke up in the morning, turned on the light, I woke up the cockroach in my room. I checked out of the hotel and when I asked about a refund for the remaining two nights, I was told to contact Expedia since I booked and paid through their website. When I contacted Expedia the Customer Service Rep had to contact the Holiday Inn property manager about my refund. The property manager refused to refund for the remaining two nights but offered to place me in a different room, as if other rooms wouldn't have cockroaches. I am disappointed with Expedia for not helping with the refund and will no longer be using Expedia to book my travel plans. I went to another, much nicer, hotel for the the remaining two nights in Mobile.
