“Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”

“I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. I had read the food was good at this hotel, I beg to differ. The buffet restaurant serves bland food & overcooked meat. I'm sorry but the food served in this restaurant is an insult to Spanish cuisine. The drinks served at the pool or lobby bar are a satisfactory standard, however the cocktails were……

The hotel is in the perfect location for Eivissa town and the clubs and is set on its own stretch of private beach. 4 star hard product with 5 star service! The parking garage under the hotel is free!”
