Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato muy amable y profesional en la recepción. Uno de los grandes puntos a favor es que dispone de aparcamiento gratuito, algo muy cómodo. Además, queremos destacar el excelente servicio del bar durante la noche en la que disfrutamos del partido de la Final del Mundial; el personal fue atento, rápido y muy amable. “Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”

“All inclusive concept applied to certain drinks and the collection menu at à la carte restaurant was not complimentary, the staff did not tell me about it but I enjoyed the food there. The staff was friendly. They have no shower rooms at check out but the reception offered to other location to the spa for shower and change. Over all I enjoyed my stay given some of the aspects of my stay could have been better”

The hotel is in the perfect location for Eivissa town and the clubs and is set on its own stretch of private beach. 4 star hard product with 5 star service! The parking garage under the hotel is free!”
