“Pros: The house was in a great location for a peaceful stay. It is so close to a quiet beach and a few steps from the boardwalk. The pool is lovely and refreshing and with just a few people sharing it was quiet too. The front area is out of the wind, it has some shade and is a great place to lounge or read a book. “Pros: Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal in derselben Anlage, jedes Mal in einer anderen Wohnung. Wir lieben diese ruhige Anlage direkt an der Concha-Bucht mit ihrer 12 km langen Strandpromenade gelegen. Die Wohnungen und ganz besonders die Außenanlagen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer da aber drüber wegsehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da der Preis auch dementsprechend angemessen ist. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine vollverglaste Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke……

“Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. “Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……
