I got in late and front dest was very nice and accomidaing. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast in morning and check out was easy and friendly.

The rooms were very clean and big. The hotel itself was also very clean. The breakfast had hot buffet options and was pretty good. I liked the farm fresh yogurt option at breakfast.The pool was outside and was quite small. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area is very busy as it is on Dublin Blvd so traffic is to be expected. We loved our room, it was very clean, and quite large. The staff was amazing probably the best part of the hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Everything went good until the last two days in which the third floor wreaked of marijuana and had a layer of smoke just floating in the hallway, which is ironic considering it is posted no smoking throughout the hotel. The staff was awesome and everything else went well but given my allergy to smoke from a disability I don't feel that I will be staying there again.

This individuals who violate the policy are subject to a smoking fine and charged when we discover such activities took place.we understand your health concerns and we do apologize once again for this detriment to your stay.

When I parked my car in the parking lot I noticed that there was vomit right by my door on the floor in two different places I notified the front staff, and he insured me that it would be cleaned up when I came out the next morning it indeed was not cleaned up. It repulsed me completely

Hello, we are sorry this was matter was not attended too, when front staff had been notified they went outside to search for the area in which they were directed to in order for clean up occur, however they did not see anything resembling what was described due to the heavy rain and darkness of the evening.we hope this helps give some insight as to what actions were attempted to assist, once again we apologize this matter wasn't resolved in the manner you requested.

I got the room to spend quality time with my man. That’s why I got the jacuzzi in the room. I was so disappointed. The water kept draining out (putting wash rag over it didn’t even help). Then there was the jets, barely felt them.

I stayed for 1 night on 1/5/24, and the bathroom had no hot water- see the other review. I could not cancel the booking from 1/13-1/15, as it was non refundable. Okay, this time, I went to do laundry, one washer was broken and used the other one using coins, 30 minutes later, all the cloths are completely wet, the detergent was not used and the machine shows “it’s out of order”. Went to front desk and requested the person that I use the laundry facility in the hotel (used for pillow covers and comforters etc), the rude front desk person not only denied, but asked me to carry wet (so heavy now) clothes else where and wash. I asked if I can use the dry to dry the clothes a bit before taking out of the hotel, she refused to provide it. Finally, I carried the wet clothes in trash bags to a laundromat and washed. Will never stay here again

There was no hot water in the bathroom. I called the front desk, and the guy told me that it will take really long time to get hot water and I have to run water for 15 minutes. Even after 30 minutes of running water, nothing happened, I called him again and he says that hot water is not working in the room! I said to at I have to catch an international flight in an hour and after some time, he offered me another room to take a shower, after wasting an hour, luckily I boarded my flight in last 5 minutes.

Service is good and housekeeping did a great job. Only issue is the walls are thin you can hear a lot of noise.
