Located in Plouguerneau in a peaceful cul-de-sac, in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and the GR34 trails, this charming house, recently renovated, is exceptional: by its charm, its decoration, its location, and by the calm that surrounds it, and by the calm that surrounds it (You will only hear the seagulls!).



Whether you prefer water sports, hikes in the surrounding nature or simply looking for moments of relaxation on the beach, this charming Breton house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and spend an unforgettable vacation!



You will appreciate its proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the region and to the Virgin Island Lighthouse (the highest in Europe, but also the highest in the world in ashlar!) creating a calming atmosphere for your seaside getaway.



Its exceptional location is its greatest asset but the house has other surprises in store for you!



With 4 bedrooms, this cozy nest, recently renovated, can accommodate up to 7 people.

Combining charm and comfort, it offers you an enchanting setting to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the large, bright living room, decorated with care, composed of the living room, and a pretty modern fully equipped kitchen.



The lounge area, very welcoming, allows you to sit comfortably for a moment of relaxation in front of the television. You will stay connected thanks to the included WIFI.



The veranda is a real asset that will allow you to enjoy a dining area and a convivial living room bathed in light and open onto the garden and the terrace.



Also on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a shower bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will discover the sleeping area with its 2 other spacious bedrooms equipped with double beds and a 4th bedroom equipped with a single bed.

With a large wooded garden of 1000m2, enclosed and without vis-à-vis, and a large terrace well exposed and out of sight, it will be perfect for enjoying the sun and outdoor meals.



You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie La Bretonne who will be happy to advise you on the walks and activities offered in our beautiful region!

You will receive a personalized welcome booklet presenting you with how the house works as well as various useful information.

In high season, a small welcome basket of local products will be offered to you (for stays of at least 7 nights).



The cleaning package includes the cleaning service as well as the supply of bed linen (The beds will be made upon arrival!) You will need to bring your own towels.

Every Thursday morning, you will enjoy the market in the center of Plouguerneau located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, at the bottom of the building. With its 60 exhibitors in summer, you can discover Breton culture, taste local products and even buy your vacation memories there!
