Just 2 km from the beach and the highest cliffs in Brittany, halfway between Saint-Malo and Perros-Guirec, the Seaside Cottage is a welcoming holiday rental for 1 to 4 people. The 28 m² living room with kitchen features two large bay windows, offering plenty of natural light and a calming view of a lush garden. A 23 m² bedroom with a 7.5 m² en-suite bathroom provides the comfort of a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, a 25 m² bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet offers a 160 x 200 bed and plenty of light.
The ground-floor living room and bedroom open onto a south-facing terrace and are accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to a ramp at the side of the house, a step-free entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, the option to raise the bed (on request), and a shower chair or stool.
The house is surrounded by meadows, trees, and a lush garden where palm and banana trees grow among flowers and lawns. Two sheep, two ponies, and a donkey bring life to the landscape. A rabbit and chickens delight children.
Several cottages can be booked for family stays.
