For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, pond, swimming pool heated, secured (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Badminton, volleyball court. Private: small, well-kept garden 150 m2 with lawn and trees. In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 6 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
