A nice stay

The hotel is centrally located. The room is modern and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly. I recommend visiting the gym and the wellness area; both are in very good shape.

Amazing trip

Amazing room and fantastic stay at this hotel. We didn’t use the facilities as there was so much to do and see in the city. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent English.

Rooms are very clean and up to date. Aircon is easy to operate and effective, which makes a change. Coffee machine was good once I'd figured out how to use it. Wish there was milk or creamer. Breakfast is excellent with most things and good coffee. I had dinner at 10pm and lunch the next day and the food is really good. However, the room price was higher than I would of expected TBH. Plus Expedia say there is an airport courtesy vehicle and when tried to book it they wanted 200 lev.

This is an excellent hotel. Everything about it was first class. Extra special mention must go to all the staff who were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful to us during our stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

A pleasant stay at this business like hotel. We were made very welcome by the staff. Our highlights were the buffet breakfast. The accommodation is 5 minutes walk to the old ancient city and very close to the ancient amphitheater.

Best hotel in Plovdiv?

Amazing hotel, insanely good price/quality ratio. Good location, very clean and big rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, nice saunas. Only small downside was the Italian restaurant, it’s pretty much the 3,7 stated on Google. Otherwise breakfast was also great.

Very nice and brand new hotel. Excellent italian restaurant and excellent service at the restaurant. The lady who manages the restaurant is master of italian food and knows how to make customers feeling special. Room ok. Excellent location close to the historical city centre (2 min walking). Pity that first night heating in my room was not working and it was terrible! Fixed the day after but too kate.. i got a cold because of that
