I've been here twice now and this is a super nice hotel for the price. With the last stay, I could not hear anything or anyone and was really impressed, as that is usually a big issue with hotels. This time, people were a bit louder or I was able to hear them more, but it still wasn't too bad. I've stayed at hotels all over and this is one of the nicest. I also like that they provide high quality products in the bathroom - zero parabens, zero bad ingredients, etc. But, unfortunately that skincare product is unbelievably highly fragranced (the lotion) and if you are sensitive, avoid it at all costs. I immediately washed it off, to avoid a migraine from the strong scent. And, on top of it, I had an allergic reaction on my arms where I used the lotion, though I washed it off right away and it's been a couple days. So, I hope they will look into getting that stuff unscented. I've never had a reaction to any lotions before. With that aside - I love this hotel.

Assesible room was not available with the beds we requested so had a regular room. The bathroom had a tub and the toilet was VERY low and very difficult for two 76 year olds to manage. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Will return but wont settle for a non accessisle room.

Room was good
I usually stay at this hotel when coming to the Stevens point area. However, this weekend the hotel was very noisy with kids running around with baseball, bats and balls in the main lobby area. Also running up and down the hallway in the upper floors. I believe there were families from a sports group staying at the hotel this weekend. Unfortunately, the adults weren’t watching the kids too well.

Cleanest hotel with the softest water I’ve ever had while traveling. The staff was so friendly…every single person we interacted with was smiling and helpful. Seriously! We’re very impressed.

This property is worn out. The furniture has a lot of wear. Many spots the varnish is no longer on the desk and night stand. The carpet had old gum spots. The corners in the bathroom had dust buildup. There was also a dirty washcloth left in the shower. The pool was not available because it was broken and drained. You could still use the hot tub but watch out you might fall in the open pool. Hardly had room in the pool area. By far the smallest pool area I’ve ever seen at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked. The staff in charge of the breakfast area was incredibly kind and kept the area nice. The staff at the front desk were just ok. Some staff looked like they just woke up with sweatpants and sweatshirts other staff had polos and spoke with friendly hellos. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We stay here when ever in the area. Best sleep in a hotel property, quiet and safe. Very clean, great staff, very comfortable. Love the mounted amenities. Only complaint…..toilets are too low. Love, love this place!!

Great couples getaway
stayed the night with my husband in the king suite with jetted tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was good with lots of walkable destinations. Also had dinner at the Sky Club supper club which was a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Delicious

Great hotel except for check/in problem.
Terrible check-in experience with a young woman who didn’t seem to know her job. Management is aware of the problem and will rectify it. Other than that the stay was wonderful. Very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast and great person at the deskDorothy who took care of our initial problem.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were extremely nice and helpful. We had to shorten our stay and we’re very accommodating with that. The hotel was very clean and updated. We would definitely stay there in the future.

The room and facility very nice secure. I was there on a Friday stay softball team youth girls were on the same floor which BUT my room was sandwiched between girls rooms and teammates room. They were noisy w parents not around...I don't know. But why put me w my dogs on a room next to this because they would bark at any sound. whenever they heard the girls.

Booked a double queen room for my husband, son and I. When we got to the room, we only had one bed. They were full, so had no other room for us. They kept blaming hotels.com, but when I commented that they had to accept the reservation from hotels.com, they agreed that they did. I asked for a discount and they declined. There were no roll aways available. They offered extra bedding so someone could sleep on the floor. We were told there would be an extra pillow in the armoire, there wasn't. The room was pre-paid, so did not want to go somewhere else and not get money back. Also, at breakfast my husband asked if they had brown sugar for the oatmeal and the breakfast attendant told him that people could just bring their own. Hmm, not sure I would ever think to pack my own brown sugar.

Great location with choices of dining within walking distance. Nice walking trail and park behind property. Bathroom was a bit outdated and couldn't get the heat to work. Some of the staff were very nice and others weren't.
