Staff were AMAZING. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful they were. The hotel is right in the middle of the city - convenient for anything you want to do. Room was small, but you want to hang out in the courtyard anyway. There is an elevator for those of us who need it. I will be back

After an initial mix up which was soon rectified we found our room in the hotel block, it was quiet, a good size and spotlessly clean but basic, no storage, no aircon and quite drab. Not quite a comfort plus room. The whole place is an unusual missmash of concrete buildings with the hotel block Incorporated into a seminar/educational course institute. We were woken at 6.30am by a loudhailer calling runners to a race start. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and resolved the mix up. Ok for a nights stopover.

Large and clean rooms. Not all rooms have an AC. Problem with breakfast - we came at 9:15 and were told that the eggs run out. Pastries were cold and the variety is poor.

Amazing and unique rooms, very nice hotel But the staff was by far the greatest, kindest, most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered!

Staff very friendly, Clean and bright room, Mattress was uneven No AC just a Fan, We did not use the kitchen Shower was clean.
