I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. Advertising a service that is no longer provided is misleading and caused unnecessary stress while planning our trip. I had to cancel my reservation because I could no longer trust that the information in the listing was accurate. I hope the listing is updated so future travelers can make an informed decision.

Firstly I was given acroom to the far end of the floor that seemed like a converted storage room. The lighting was bad in the corridor couldn't see the open the door. I was relocated to another room that smelled better and had a shower curtain only to realize their was no water in the shower and was relocated to the first initial room. The next night the ceiling started leaking. The restaurant and bar was closed by 9pm. For a main hotel directly outside the airport, the decor was not modern, the outside of the building was not bright and welcoming. It was run down. I will not be staying here again unless this hotel does a major revamp to get with the times. I was totally disappointed that check in is usually at 3pm and I came out the airport at 2.20pm and they could not accommodate me. They could have allowed me to come in and start the check in process and directed me to have a drink (doesn't matter if it's alcohol or not) and relax while the room got ready for 3pm. Seems to be lacking staff as well

"The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful the menu was international with a touch of local flavor. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had the privilege to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and totally enjoyed my stay"
