"everything was great except the parking situations. they have a very big parking lot but at the same time the hotel also busy, so once you can't get a parking that close to your room building you have to parked at the reserved parking (which the receptionist will give you ticket so it can be free) but you have to walk a bit far. "

An issue came up on the day of our arrival with a windstorm that impacted the power and the internet. She was onsite and had the power resolved before I even turned airplane mode off on my phone.
