Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I didn’t like the upgrade, wasn’t much of an upgrade for the price. The hotel was nice but didn’t feel fun & exciting like other Vegas hotels I’ve stayed in. The frozen lemonade was amazing, I had a few during my stay. 3 course meal at ONE steakhouse was a skirt steak, very tough to chew & the little desert was not tasty. The hanging chairs & seating areas in the Ruby Tower made for cute pic area.

"Our family stayed for a week in two rooms. The staff themselves are genuinely nice, helpful people—they carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs without hesitation, always smiled, and verbally wanted to help.
