“Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. However, there were several issues:
- The address provided was incorrect and led us about 2 km away from the actual location. The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing.
- There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water.
- The room itself was nice, but very cold. Since the building is made of stone and poorly insulated, the electric heater provided was not powerful enough to……
