We stayed in a beach front room. Excellent views. Room was comfortable. A/C was only a fan one night but was fixed in the morning. Fortunately, it wasn't hot outside. When we arrived, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. You can tell housekeeping cut corners and wasn't thorough and we never got wash clothes unless we went to the front desk and asked. Weird. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we're comfortable. Parking is tight and they have an overflow lot a block away. Convenient to eateries, bars, and shopping. Tiny indoor pool (we didn't use). Less than 10 miles to Assateague Island. You can go up the coast and see Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach easily. Awesome sunrises!!

Clean room. Nice staff, great location on the boardwalk.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

This was an amazingly quirky place that would be so awesome for a couple days. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/dining room and bath. I loved the artwork, the little porch and how close we were to the boardwalk. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work, but we were the first guest for the season in that unit, so they didn't know it wasn't working. They were very responsive and everything was clean. If I was planning to spend 3 or more days in town, this would be a good choice.
