"Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk...

It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "
