I let her know that it would be very late when I arrived and she made sure to go leave the porch light and an inside light on as well so we could see to get in. It was a nice and peaceful stay. "We had a great weekend stay! The place was clean and comfortably slept 17 people. The owner was extremely responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and it was helpful to have an additional fridge in the basement. There was a large table that seated everybody. The drive there didn’t have many street lights, but all the roads were paved and there is plenty of parking space at the house. The lake was nice and we enjoyed the canoes and kayaks provided as well as life jackets and beach towels. 12 people could easily sit around the fire pit and there was plenty of firewood. The area was very peaceful and the leaves were really pretty in the fall! "
