Le contact avec mathilde efficace et sympathique. Jai particulierement apprécié le petit jardin avec terrasse, la situation proche du centre ville et malgré cela calme. Un parking diponible.

calme sans plus
petit appartement calme, hélas très mal insonorisé , dépourvu d'un lit confortable, ( sommier qui grince) pas de four , tout petit frigo "top" vaisselle d'un autre âge , Bref pour un couple d'étudiant cette location est très bien . ces tois semaines calmes sauf deux nuits inssuportables ( voisins à 10 dans un appartements bruyants) Bref pas à renouveller.

Appartement à privilégier pour 2 personnes mais à 3 c'est largement possible. Terrasse extérieure sans vis à vis. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement cette location.
