Porqueres Hotel Deals
"We had a change in our travel plans and had to find a hotel for the night. This was the most reasonably priced in the area and we chose it for the price and the pool for our kids. The hotel is quite old with older rooms, but well maintained. Their pool is the highlight of the property. They actually have a lot of amenities on the property with the pool, tennis court, play area for kids, though some amenities are older and were not usable. It seems like it is a family run business and the woman...
"Nice clean property. Excellent staff."
"Peace of heaven! So relaxed and feels like home! Family run business, owners very involved and cares about little things. We filled cared and heard.Very good experience."
"Very disappointed with our stay at L'Arcada de Fares. We were expecting a quiet, authentic country experience, but the reality was the opposite. The apartment lacked basic comfort—the sheets smelled damp and moldy. The noise was also a major issue because the property sits right by the highway; sitting on the terrace meant staring at the road and listening to traffic noise. Additionally, guest comfort isn't prioritized when it comes to climate control, as the air conditioning settings are...
"We visited for a triathlon so the area was very busy. There is a free car park available which was full at times. It was also exceptionally hot. The air conditioning was very effective. The rooms were clean and reasonably well equipped. There was very little storage. The bed was comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and the old town. The hotel does not allow bicycles in the rooms but there is an excellent, secure bicycle room with a selection of tools available. We were...
Hotel Casa Marcial - Only Adults
Hotel Casa Marcial - Only Adults"Had an amazing stay. The staff were welcoming and the room was lovely with modern comforts in an old fashioned feel. And much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The location was very convenient for crossing the bridge in and out of town. Breakfast was solid and a great start to the day. Consider taking a walk up to the pool for a high up view of the area. All in all a great stay and value for the price."
"The hotel is located in Tortellà town. Driving is almost 15 minutes to Besalú"
