Town House On The Bay

Come enjoy your next family vacation at this beautiful, newly built bay view, town house in Laguna Vista - located in the gated community of the South Padre Island Golf Club. This is a family-oriented vacation home, perfect for golfers, boaters and fishermen. There is a boat launch near the neighborhood entrance and our dock is just steps away from the back door. It is a 15-minute drive to South Padre Island beaches.
Spacious 3 Bdr, 3.5 bath, town house that sleeps up to 10 people. We have 3 king size beds and 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds). Located in a quiet gated community enjoy the local community pool. You have access to a newly updated 18 hole PGA golf course that is open to the public, tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, and clubhouse and large heated pool.
This is a two level home with master bedroom and bath looking out over water with an upstairs balcony. All bedrooms are located upstairs. There all also 3 full bathrooms upstairs. All have showers and the master has a tub as well. There is also powder room downstairs. The master has a 55-inch Smart TV and the other 2 rooms have 43-inch Smart TV’s. There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, each TV has all the streaming apps. A gas grill is on the patio for your grilling pleasure should you choose to grill.
The kitchen is all stainless steel and electric. Kitchen equipment and utensils are provided. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to allow you to prepare your family's favorite meal or mix your favorite drink.
There are lots of activities and dining in the area. Local water activities include deep sea fishing, bay fishing, jet skiing, wind surfing and spending beach time playing in the warm gulf water. Ride a horse on the beach or visit the Water Park located on South Padre island. Bird walks and turtle rescue and learning centers are also located on the island. The Port Isabel lighthouse has been recently renovated and provides spectacular views. The Brownsville Zoo - it is a fun place and has regular activities for kids, or take one of many dolphin watching boat tours.
