We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. They are saying it’s Expedia who is putting me in a non wheelchair accessible room. When I have specifically requested ada and roll in shower. One hotel had a different price and tried to charge me saying it was something I had to take up with Expedia. Make sure my request for a wheelchair accessible room is in fact wheelchair accessible. This place was just outside the park in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Coffee in the room was an unexpected addition to our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and in very new condition. Everything felt new and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having fresh new towels every day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would definitely come back again. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and watching the stars that shone so brilliantly in the dark night sky. The accommodations were clean and well equipped. Suite had a fridge, electric stove top, microwave and toaster oven. No actual oven but the toaster oven was perfect. We cooked pizza in it and toasted our bread for sandwiches. Kitchen has pans/utensils to cook, small coffee maker. Bed was firm and very comfortable. TV and books about Big Bend in room. Great WiFi. Close to the Big Bend NP entrance. There’s a store a few minutes away where you can buy groceries. The night sky view was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.
