Close to meeting destination. Shocked by $250 incidental request, lowered to $150. Thought it was going to be on hold but was actually deducted from my bank account. Told by hotel receptionist it may take 3-5 days to be reversed but up to 14 days if reserved by third party like Expedia. AC unit in room 216 was noisy all the time day and night. Won’t stay there again.

Perfect location to the Stock Yards. Front desk clerk was really nice and checked us in quickly. Room was clean, beds were really nice and rooms were very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was for the price of one night. I did have one issue with the bedding but it was resolved within minutes. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the $250 deposit that I had to pay that I was totally unaware of. I was told it would be refunded at checkout. It’s been 4 days and I am still waiting.
