When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Excellent breakfast, brought fresh to your room if you choose.

Staff were incredible. The room was generally clean with the exception of toothpaste that was on the bathroom wallpaper and crumbs beneath the glass top on the desk and the chair was soiled. Pool and fitness room were closed during my stay. Wish I had known prior to booking.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.
