"The property was clean and smells so good. Newly renovated and it has everything you need. So close to the metro and the Louvre is a big plus. Safe neighborhood too. It is a few steps to the Boulangerie (bakery) and you can have a nice breakfast and we also enjoyed the restaurants nearby and all are within walking distance. The property manager/owner was very helpful and has made sure we were comfortable. Thank You we enjoyed the experience."

"Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!"

"The place was lovely and convenient. We didn't find a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to the metro and walkable to other places. The beds were great; only one bedroom one has an en-suite toilet and the other toilet was in the hall."

"Loved the location, cleanliness, and ease here! The apartment itself is older and needs some restoration, but the accoutrements are great. Decorations are cute, and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The market is just downstairs along with many restaurants and cafes. The location is central for Paris. I also love the high tech way to check in and see the apartment info."

"The flat was exactly as in the pictures and very close to Champs Elysees as described. If you want to be near the action this is a great choice for your stay. The check in and out process was very simple."

"We had a wonderful stay at Apt de Charme. It's a unique apartment within a secure and quiet courtyard. Everything was as described. Maikel was very responsive to any questions. I have a slight mobility issue but could maneuver through the narrow kitchen and bathroom facilities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Once stepping outside the apartment building there were many restaurants, both eat-in and takeout, as well as wonderful patisseries."

The apartment was clean and in a lovely apartment block. Vincent was always contactable and responded to all questions in a timely manner. "We loved staying at this apartment! so close to the 11 metro line!! Lots of boulangeries nearby, a fromagerie, a cute bistro on the corner. Plus Buttes de Charmont park is right nearby. The place is small, perfect for two friends but ideal for a couple. There’s a small fridge if you want to grab something to eat at home one night, but unlike American kitchens, only a small burner and a microwave. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. It’s a fourth floor walk up (typical Paris!)...

Host was not communicative over VRBO for the entire period leading up to our stay, even when we wanted to adjust our dates, but communicated with us via WhatsApp on the day we were arriving."

"Me and my partner booked this place only 3 weeks before our trip as a last minute getaway. The place for its location was great value for money as everywhere else was more expensive and further out of the city. The flat is small (a heads up) but is perfect if you just want somewhere in the city on the doorstep to all the tourist attractions to sleep and get ready for the day. The host was more than helpful and accommodating with self check in and check out and have clear instructions. The area...

"It’s convenient by foot or metro to all of Paris. There are a lot of cafes and bistro right in the area which was really nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In short, everything we needed."

"At a really great location, literally a block from the train, and two blocks from the Eiffel tower. We walked everywhere from there!"

The only thing is if you are short, ask the host to leave the stepladder to reach the key box. You’ll only need to do this once and the host is very responsive. Thank you!"

"The studio was small but had enough room for two. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were functional. We cooked breakfast there and then left for the day only to return at night to sleep. Close to the Metro 6 line which takes about a half hour to get to most tourist sites. We were there for a week and were able to get to everything we wanted to see. Not a place you would want to spend the day in, but a great ‘home base’ to explore from, especially considering the cost."
