In 1st line in front of the sea, without road to cross, relax on the terrace, in the shade of the mulberry tree and tamarisk, the sea breeze bringing you a soft refreshing touch. In the morning you will be greeted by the soft song of birds in the pine forest which adjoins the house and you will leave barefoot for the beach which is just after a pretty lawn in front of the house. On your return you can enjoy a nice barbecue on the shaded terrace.
In the afternoon, what could be nicer than a game of pétanque in the pine forest while the children play on the play area reserved for them.
In the evening, after a bike ride (at your disposal) on the banks of the Canal du Midi, get away by reading on the deckchairs while tasting a local muscat! Finally, after a warm lit dinner on the terrace, you can relax, lulled by the sound of the waves on the beach, before plunging into a deep sleep, in the calm of the night.
Very pleasant location, not overlooked. In addition, the residence only contains houses with a maximum floor, with no building nearby.

Première expérience de février à mars. Nous avons même eu droit à des flocons de neige ! Maison bien située à quelques pas de la plage. Lumineuse, propre, ne manque de rien et terrasse suffisante. Commerces et restos a proximité. Pistes cyclables au bord du canal du midi et pistes aux abords des marais (flamands et autres faunes) Nous recommandons !

Erholsame Strandtage
Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Allem was man braucht. Kleine Küche mit 2 Herdplatten, grosser Kühlschrank. Direkt am Strand gelegen und somit kurzer Weg über die Dünen direkt zum Strand. Sehr zentral, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés in direkter Umgebung! Sehr schöner Garten mit tollem Schattenspendenden Baum, Grill. Eine Gartenliege wäre super gewesen aber die Stühle taten es auch.

Wir kommen jetze alle paar Jahre wieder mit unseren Kindern in diese Ferienwohnung. Was mögen wir daran: - sehr nahe am Strand. Es muss keine Straße überquert werden - der Außenbereich kann kaum eingesehen werden, so dass wir ungestört dort die Zeit verbringen können - bei 40° C im Sommer ist es angenehm, dass das Haus eine Klimaanlage hat. - es gibt einen Grill - Portiragne Plage ist ein schöner Ferienort ohne höhere Gebäude und Hotels. Und es ist geht dort nicht hektisch zu. Was ist nicht so gut: - da die einzelnen Terrassen nur mit blickdichten Hecken abgetrennt sind, kann man die Gespräche von nebenan mit hören. - es kann nicht direkt zur Wohnung mit dem Auto gefahren werden. Alles muss vom Parkplatz hingetragen werden. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist gut. Alle Anliegen konnten geklärt werden. Vielen Dank auch für ihre Geduld.

Super séjour
Super séjour, propriétaire très gentille et à l’écoute. La proximité de la plage est un vrai plus, aucune gêne avec le bruit malgré les petits commerce de village a coter ce qui est très agréable. Petit bémol la douche est un peut petite.

Un état des lieux contradictoire à l'arrivée et au départ serait indispensable pour éviter les tracasseries liées à divers dysfonctionnements rencontrés qui ont pesé sur notre séjour Nous aurions souhaité plus de considération de la part du propriétaire à défaut d'un dédommagement .....

Alles Super
Tolle Lage, quasi direkt am Strand. Freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Schönes Haus mit guter Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage in der ersten Reihe. Keine Straße zwischen Strand und Haus. Portiragne Plage selbst ist ein schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen, wenn man nicht zu viel Trubel haben möchte. Der Strand ist auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet, das das Wasser nur sehr langsam tiefer wird. Unsere beiden Kinder (4 & 7 Jahre) waren vollauf begeistert.

Bien située, la mer est à quelques pas ce qui est fort appréciable. La terrasse de la maison est un plus, nous aurions apprécié que la douche extérieure soit réhabilitée car plus pratique en rentrant de la mer, la douche intérieure étant très exigüe.

Emplacement idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge et un chien. Proche de tout sans utiliser la voiture. Location bien assez grande et largement confortable pour 2 voire 3 enfants, de nombreux placards. Une vraie cuisine avec beaucoup de rangements, beaucoup d'accessoires et ustensiles pour cuisiner. Logement propre et neuf. Le luxe avec la clim et le store pare-soleil électrique très utiles cet été. Nous avons apprécié le mûrier, indispensable par ces fortes chaleurs cet été, sans lequel nous n'aurions pas pu profiter de la grande terrasse. De plus, le tuyau d'arrosage en guise de douche est très pratique pour se rincer après la plage. Nous n'avons jamais loué aussi grand et bien placé et c'est appréciable. La propriétaire est agréable, disponible par téléphone, compréhensive, sans aucun souci. Néanmoins, nous avons moins apprécié le cumulus juste au dessus des toilettes, guère pratique et limite dangereux, la température de l'eau non limitée donc qui peut monter très haut et être brulante, la cabine de douche trop étroite, les escaliers très raides et la proximité immédiate des voisins, entendant malgré nous les conversations de ceux-ci, même à voix basse. Le plus aurait été la connexion internet qui nous a fait défaut la première semaine car mon mari en avait besoin pour son travail. En conclusion, nous avons vraiment aimé cette maison car elle est idéalement placée, très proche de la plage, de la réserve naturelle et des commerces tout en étant au calme. Nous avons aimé le logement très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous y étions très bien, et à l'unanimité, avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances ! Merci à la propriétaire pour nous avoir fait profiter de sa maison et de nous avoir permis de passer de formidables vacances à Portiragnes-Plage.

en hors saison avec le beau temps - top - tout près de la plage , des restaurants (ouverts !) ,
Propre , fonctionnel , tout comme décrit , sauf accès Wifi/ Internet mentionné faussement sur les pages allemandes. Bon contact avec propriétaire . Avantage en hors-saison (!) : restaurants ouverts (et bons) , plage propre , vélos dispos pour se promener (flamants roses à voir), lieu calme , en face accès direct air de jeux , tout accessible à pieds inclu supermarché , presse (max 10 min).

Séjour très agréable à proximité de la plage et des commerces
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans cette location bien équipée. La plage est juste en face et les commerces pas loin à pied. Nous avons aussi très apprécié le marché présent pratiquement tous les jours dans la commune même au mois de Septembre. Une plage autorisée pour les chiens est accessible à pied, notre chienne a pu en profiter de temps en temps. Les vélos disponible dans la location sont utiles pour les nombreuses balades à faire aux alentours. Juste une petite remarque à propos de la banquette du salon qui n'est pas très confortable. Je pense que nous reviendrons une autre année pour au moins 2 semaines afin d'en profiter un peu plus.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in Strandnähe
Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in unserem Feriendomizil. Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestatt. Für heiße Tage bzw. Nächte gibt es auch AC. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer schnell und sehr angenehm. Trotz Strandnähe ist es ruhig. Insgesamt ist Portiragne Plage ein angenehmer Ferienort, da es dort keine großen Ferienhotels gibt, sondern nur max. 2-stöckige Häuser. Auch ist die größe des Orts sehr überschaubar. Für den täglichen Urlauber Bedarf ist aber dennoch aller vorhanden. Würde diese Wohnung jedem uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Auf den ersten Blick schönes Anwesen aber viele kleine Mängel
Für die Höhe des Mietpreises hatte das Häuschen viel zu viele Mängel, z.B. Fahrräder ohne Luft, angekündigtes Boot nicht vorhanden, Treppengeländer wackelig, Toilette viel zu klein für einen ausgewachsenen Mann, Dusche winzig, nur 2-Platten-Herd, kein Backofen, Außendusche verstopft, Kacheln der Außendusche zerbrochen, Gartentür kaputt, Haustür von außen nicht verschließbar.

Maison au TOP !
MAISON AU TOP ,  »les pieds dans l’eau »   Maison confortable, moderne et lumineuse, où rien ne manque (climatisation, moustiquaire, barbecue, prêt de vélos etc…) Avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la maison mais aussi des alentours. La piste cyclable le long du Canal du Midi est aussi très agréable pour aller jusqu’aux écluses. Le secteur alentour est calme, avec une grande plage de sable fin idéale pour les enfants, avec un accès direct à la mer sans route à traverser. Nous connaissions déjà Portiragnes- Plage, nous avons trouvé la maison idéale et nous y reviendrons sans doute.
