5/5 Excellent

Quiet, friendly and convenient
This place was in a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views over the city. The drive up and down the hill was spectacular. The place itself felt super private, overlooking a forested gully with flowering trees. The check in process was super simple, and all of my questions were answered in minutes by return email. Thank you Stephani! I've never had an easier or more pleasant home rental experience.

5/5 Excellent

Close to town but very private!
We loved our stay in a secluded little hideaway in the hills over Portland. Located a quick drive to the Washington Park park and ride lot where we caught the max into town everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

5/5 Excellent

I visited Portland with my mom and sister and we had the best time. This place is perfectly located in such a beautiful area. It was like being in the forest- looking out the windows of the apartment, all you’ll see is lush trees. The private porch was lovely to enjoy coffee in the morning. Stephani is super responsive and kind- we had everything we needed!!!!

5/5 Excellent

Highly Recommended Stay. Quiet, Safe, and Private . Central to all things Portland. Wonderful hosts.
I had an extended stay at this rental, nearly three weeks. First impression upon walking in was that it was so clean and cute. I was immediately taken with the privacy the wooded area just outside the rental door afforded, and loved watching the many birds while sitting on the covered deck. Although below the main house, noise was not an issue and I felt safe coming and going at all hours due to the motion activated security lights around the perimeter of the house and the stout lock on the rental door. Several times throughout my stay the hosts asked if there was anything I needed (fresh sheets, towels, if I wanted the rental cleaned). They are very gracious and easy to get in touch with should anything be needed. For me, this rental was also about the location - so close to OHSU. It was an easy 10 minute drive once you got familiar with the routes and was only a few minutes away from gas, groceries, restaurants, etc. Parking is on street and is first come first served; that said, there was only one night when I was unable to park in front of the residence and had to park a couple hundred feet up the street. Amenities include wi-fi (with access to Netflix), a very comfortable couch, plenty of room to hang clothes in the closet, a shower that gets plenty hot and has good water pressure to it, and a VERY comfortable bed. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and hot plate, as well as a breakfast bar from which you can take in the beautiful view. Even being downstairs, there is ample light that comes through the windows that the space is light and welcoming. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again if ever have reason to be in the area again.
