The room and common areas were clean, but the property is clearly outdated. The hot tub was unavailable, and the pool area had noticeable security cameras, which took away from the relaxing experience. With some updates and clearer communication about amenities, this could be improved.

The motel has gone down hill from when it opened up. For the price, it should be a 5 star hotel and it has not had updates in a very long time. Disappointed for the price we paid. If we had not had an event in the Alerus Center which is attached, we would have stayed in a different motel. It is nice to have bars inside of the motel.

I was under the impression the breakfast would be better. It was the same food they serve free at other hotels.

Rooms were dated, only wall plug in for Devi e charging no USB ports. Good breakfast, better the second day no powdered scrambled eggs. Male staff at front desk a little too casually dressed and not knowelgable about the area food suggestions especially. Would try another hotel next time

Room was clean, Staff was attentive and courteous, Bar and restaurant on the premises with excellent staff and food. I would stay there again.
