Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten in der Unterkunft tolle zwei Wochen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Die Lage war super, gute Anbindung zu Stränden, Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Essen gehen. Wir haben viele schöne Abende auf der großzügigen Terrasse verbracht. Nur die steile Auffahrt und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht so einfach. Da es keinen zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz gibt, kann man in einer Stichstraße parken und muss sich mit den Anliegern arrangieren. Oder im steilen Hang vor dem Tor parken. Ansonsten war es wirklich sehr schön dort! Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben uns zeitnah weitergeholfen. Danke dafür! Also ich kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wirklich absolut perfekt. Sie ist super für Familien geeignet, mit guter Ausstattung, sauber und gemütlich. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer und auf Posada. Die Lage ist top, weil es schön ruhig ist, man aber in knappen 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Posada und an einem schönen langen Sandstrand mit karibischem Wasser ist. Posada ist ein nettes Städtchen mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Eisdiele :) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Abfluss hatten wurde sofort reagiert und jemand zum reparieren geschickt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Zwei Wochen in Posada
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und allem was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand allerdings zu Fuß nicht ganz einfach, so daß man prinzipiell auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!!! 5 Sterne :-)

This apartment is in very nice house with pleasing garden and terrace and with nice view to the see and to old part of Posada and mountain as well - it was fascinating for us. Apartment is enough spacious for family with three children and we have found there more than we have needed (maps, books, toys for children, etc.). Also position of apartment was OK for us - it is peaceful place and it's about 2 km far from the see and about 5 minutes far from the Posada by the car. Every day we could do trips to various marvelous beaches in the surroundings and to the mountains as well. Communication with Gernot was great. We were very satisfied with this accommodations and very happy to could stay there. If we have possibility in future we would like to return!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub
Wir sind gerade zurück von der wunderschönen Insel Sardinien und können nur sagen ,dass wir eine unvergessliche Zeit genießen konnten ! Es gab nichts zu bemängeln , die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und sauber . Die Waschmaschine ist Gold wert ,gerade mit Kindern . Die Auẞendusche mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer haben wir täglich genutzt , es waren überall Insektenschutzgitter die unser Leben definitiv erleichtert haben ;) Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und die Familie Kalt war super freundlich und immer erreichbar, vielen Dank dafür !

Herrlicher Meerblick
Praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, bequemes Bett, mit schöner Aussicht vom Essplatz und großer Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, Posada, Umgebung und die Berge. Auffahrt zum Haus am Berg sehr steil, nicht zu schaffen für uns MTBiker ohne Motor. Wünschenswert wäre ein Wasserkocher und eine Spülmaschine, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Schöne Strände, teilweise heller Sand, toll zum Schwimmen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt, vielen Dank, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen !

Location perfetta!
L'appartamento è luminoso, ampio e funzionale. È dotato di quanto può rendere piacevole il soggiorno, inclusa lavatrice, aspirapolvere... Le finiture dell'appartamento sono di buon livello: porte spesse e zanzariere alle finestre. La pulizia è accurata, tanto che, per la prima volta dopo 45 anni di vacanza, ho utilizzato il forno che era splendente. Veniamo ai plus della location: la posizione panoramica che regala una vista mozzafiato, la tranquillità e la pace che regna, la posizione ventilata e non umida, e il giardino che è un vero e proprio orto botanico con mirto, aloe, agavi, corbezzolo, rosmarino, oleandri ... Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietà: gentile, solerte e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht
Wir (2 Erwachsene) verbrachten im September 2020 in dieser schönen, sauberen und sehr gut (zweckmässig) eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter und die zusätzliche Aussendusche im Garten einfach nur herrlich! Herausragend sind die grosse gedeckte Terrasse und die wunderbare Aussicht auf Posada und die Bucht davor. Und auch die Stille haben wir sehr genossen - man hört Nachts eigentlich nur die Grillen/Zikaden zirpen ;) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich - danke für die jederzeit raschen Antworten. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
